Standard gain horn antennas are used as calibration devices that measure the gain of other antennas.
These antennas are made up of a combination of a Waveguide to Coax Adapter and Standard Gain Horn with Waveguide Input. It is a kind of simple combination but with great care and attention to create an antenna with accurate and suitable specs.

Horn antenna郭子乾9日「處騙不驚 樂活防詐」宣導活動，他透露爸爸就是詐騙受害者，10幾年前爸爸接到詐騙電話，誤以為兒子被綁架，二話不說匯款10萬，郭子乾無奈感嘆：「當時那個假綁匪在電話裡一直喊爸爸救我，可是爸爸好歹應該先打電話給我，確定我安全再說。」
後來這10萬元也沒追回來，郭子乾自己也陸續接到詐騙電話和簡訊，「我平常不接陌生來電，可是今年年初詐騙犯用ETC餘額不足為理由，引導我點網路連結儲值付款。我一查發現其實還有5、600元，才發現這是詐騙。」

郭子乾也提到，臉書上也暗藏詐騙陷阱，已經有不少粉絲跟他求證，幸好目前沒有粉絲上當。「這些詐騙都用生活息息相關的理由，最近還有退稅的詐騙，要請我們提供帳戶要退稅，真的一不小心就會被騙。」

幸好他不網購，也不透過網路金流理財，所以這方面騙不到他的錢。這陣子他專心關注體育賽事，已經是40年棒球迷的他早已是業餘球評，還能上體育台分析美國職棒大聯盟賽事。
說到台灣奧運拳擊國手林郁婷被質疑的風波，郭子乾表示：「我覺得全民都要站出來支持林郁婷，而且她已到金牌戰，傳言還是一直在騷擾她，表示她有實力，大家才要黑她。土耳其已被她打敗，還要做出那種手勢，真的很無知。」
郭子乾也呼籲大家不要看到土耳其就牽連吳鳳，直言：「當然沒有道理，將心比心，人家吳鳳只是生長在土耳其，關他何事？網友不要一直在鍵盤上面操作自己心情。」
