iPhone充電「上限80%」能救電池?低於1數字要直接換

iPhone 15系列機型中有「80%充電上限」功能,只要開啟該設定,當充電電量達到80%就會停止充電,藉此降低鋰電池的耗損,外媒MacRumors實測一年後發現,電池健康度確實更理想,但便利性卻下滑了。
MacRumors的編輯Juli Clover從2023年開始,將自己新買的iPhone 15 Pro Max設定充電上限80%,經過一年正常使用電池健康度維持94%,對比的兩位員工也是iPhone 15 Pro Max,但沒有設定充電上限,一位健康度下降至87%,另一位則有90%。
對此,Juli Clover提到,電池循環雖然比同事多,但獲得額外4%的電池健康度,顯示充電上限確實是有效的,但換造成生活上的不便,需要經常攜帶行動電源,避免手機沒電。
