Standard gain horn antennas are used as calibration devices that measure the gain of other antennas.
These antennas are made up of a combination of a Waveguide to Coax Adapter and Standard Gain Horn with Waveguide Input. It is a kind of simple combination but with great care and attention to create an antenna with accurate and suitable specs.

啤酒花結合光電板「農電共生」 工研院打造太陽能模組溫室
德國有啤酒花農場與太陽能業者合作，讓啤酒花依靠光電板支架攀藤生長，形成新型態的農電共生，工研院參考德國模式，攜手廠務系統整合服務商聚賢研發，於台南沙崙綠能示範場域打造太陽能模組溫室，並以啤酒花為載體做場域驗證，藉由試驗場域模擬極端氣候下，作物在新型態溫室內的創新栽培與應用。
為了因應全球面對氣候變遷造成的挑戰，企業應用低碳或綠色能源，減少生產過程中的碳排放成為重要的趨勢。工研院中分院副執行長李士畦表示，以德國為例，啤酒花農場與太陽能業者合作，運用光電板為需要涼爽生長環境的啤酒花遮陽，同時啤酒花亦可依靠光電板支架攀藤生長，發電量還可同時供應農場及附近住戶的用電。
工研院團隊參考國外成功經驗，與聚賢研發打造農業伴生創電沙盒驗證場域，第一階段以溫室做啤酒花的生產試驗，展開生產為主、創電為輔的商業模式可行性評估。
