「低配寶可夢」遭任天堂要求下架！控幻獸帕魯侵權 賠償金曝光
Horn antenna日本獨立遊戲開發商Pocketpair今年1月推出的開放世界生存、捕捉生物遊戲《幻獸帕魯》（Palworld），因為遊戲內生物「帕魯」的設計與玩法被許多網友笑稱是「低配版、寫實版」寶可夢。任天堂上月公告將對Pocketpair提起專利侵權訴訟。Pocketpair近日則公布公佈完整侵權案的內容，雖賠償金額僅1000萬日圓，但任天堂要求下架《幻獸帕魯》，引發議論。
任天堂和寶可夢公司在9月 18 日已經向日本地方法院提起對Pocketpair的侵權訴訟，以遊戲《幻獸帕魯》（Palworld）侵害多項專利權為由，要求侵權禁令和損害賠償。
《幻獸帕魯》工作室Pocketpair 8日在官網公布侵權案的完整內容，指出任天堂指Pocketpair發布的《幻獸帕魯》侵犯任天堂持有的三項專利，將尋求禁令來停止該遊戲並註銷該專利，另要求賠償至提起訴訟日之間所造成的部分損失。
