Standard gain horn antennas are used as calibration devices that measure the gain of other antennas.
These antennas are made up of a combination of a Waveguide to Coax Adapter and Standard Gain Horn with Waveguide Input. It is a kind of simple combination but with great care and attention to create an antenna with accurate and suitable specs.

巫苡萱自2024年第一次去日本滑雪後就愛上這項運動，短短一年內就安排了六趟出國滑雪行程，一開始看別人在雪上飛快的滑行或是做很酷的特技飛躍翻身覺得很帥，很有速度的刺激感，開始學滑雪才知道根本是災難堆疊的謀生戰，搭纜車上山往下滑就開始無止盡的尖叫與跌倒，全身的痠痛更不在話下，第一次的滑雪經驗可以說是慘敗回台，但是回到台灣後還特別去滑雪教室練習，希望打穩基礎下次再去滑雪時可以更快上手。
雪齡1年的巫苡萱為了滑雪砸錢不手軟 ，粗估至少花了六位數的金額陸陸續續添購裝備，她回憶自己有一次才剛抵達雪場沒多久就受傷了，整個人膝蓋跪下著地，痛到腫起來連步行都很緩慢，不甘心後面的滑雪行程都被耽誤，想開口跟飯店要冰塊冰敷傷口盡快消腫卻被同行朋友笑說：「外面都是雪根本不需要冰塊啊！」結果她真的整個晚上都跪在外面的雪地上冰敷膝蓋。
今年年初巫苡萱跟著演藝圈的滑雪前輩們一起去考證照，同團成員還有王仁甫、季芹、許孟哲、趙孟姿、王心恬等人，她是這一團滑雪經驗最資淺的，其他人至少雪齡5到10年，整團五個人參加日本SIA國際認證滑雪指導員證照考試，全員All Pass通過考試拿取證照。這次能考到證照，巫苡萱不敢置信的說：「原來我是考試型選手，練習時跌得慘兮兮以為會被扣分，還好我順利考過了，透過證照考試來肯定自己這感覺真棒！」。
