綜觀智慧手錶市場，由於競爭加劇和升級週期減弱，蘋果雖仍保持領先地位，但出貨量年減19%，反觀華為、小米和步步高（Imoo）等大陸品牌表現強勁，大陸首次佔據最大的出貨量市占。
